APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Albuquerque

I lived at Zia Homes for the past year and really enjoyed my time there. It’s a nice, quiet neighborhood and the location was super convenient, with grocery stores, coffee shops, gas stations, and pretty much everything I needed close by. As a busy mom, having everything nearby definitely made life a little easier! Maria was always very helpful and available whenever I needed anything, and Efrain was always kind, polite, and helpful whenever he came by for maintenance. Overall, I had a really good experience living at Zia Homes and truly appreciate how welcoming and helpful they were throughout my time there. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and convenient place to live!

We have been here going on 2 years. We love the quietness and every thing is so close to eat and shop. The only thing we need is to see if we can get someone to add more rocks to back yard. Maintenance man is awesome as well.

Absolutely the best in the city. Great front office staff and maintenance man. Quiet neighborhood, despite living 2 blocks from the freeway. Close to bus stop, Starbucks and shops. Friendly neighborhood.

I’m moving my family across town, my job relocated and now we found ourselves in New Mexico. I was doing a lot online being that we were out of state, Maria helped me feel so comfortable and continued to reply to all my emails and all my questions. I came out a month before moving my family and took a tour, Maria was even more amazing in person. The town house was perfect for me and my family, close to the freeway, close to stores and coffee shops! :) the townhouse was clean and ready for us to move in when it was promised! We’re so excited to make this our home!

Ashley and Maria were amazing to work with! They made the whole leasing process super easy and stress-free. Anytime I had a question, they were quick to respond and always super helpful and friendly. You can tell they really care about the people they are helping. I felt comfortable and taken care of the whole time. If you're looking for someone who’s knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and genuinely wants to help, Ashely and Maria are your go too’s!

Ashley and Maria were always very helpful and quick to answer all of my questions and needs. Maria was exceptional in making sure everything I needed was taken care of. She went above and beyond to make everything work for me.

I love it here! The townhomes are nice and spacious! I love the stained glass windows in the living room, private backyards and the fact that it has a garage! It is located in a great area, close to the freeway, and tons of things to do. Maria and Ashley in the office are so sweet and really care about residents.

I love it here! Ashley and Maria made the move-in process so quick and easy. They were both super nice and helpful. Definitely recommend checking them out!

I have recently moved into the Zia Town homes, everything is good, working with Ashley was smooth and easy.
