We have been here going on 2 years. We love the quietness and every thing is so close to eat and shop. The only thing we need is to see if we can get someone to add more rocks to back yard. Maintenance man is awesome as well.

Absolutely the best in the city. Great front office staff and maintenance man. Quiet neighborhood, despite living 2 blocks from the freeway. Close to bus stop, Starbucks and shops. Friendly neighborhood.

I’m moving my family across town, my job relocated and now we found ourselves in New Mexico. I was doing a lot online being that we were out of state, Maria helped me feel so comfortable and continued to reply to all my emails and all my questions. I came out a month before moving my family and took a tour, Maria was even more amazing in person. The town house was perfect for me and my family, close to the freeway, close to stores and coffee shops! :) the townhouse was clean and ready for us to move in when it was promised! We’re so excited to make this our home!

I love it here! The townhomes are nice and spacious! I love the stained glass windows in the living room, private backyards and the fact that it has a garage! It is located in a great area, close to the freeway, and tons of things to do. Maria and Ashley in the office are so sweet and really care about residents.

I loooooooooove my awesome townhome! It is a perfect space and feels like a home. Quiet community, extremely nice neighbors and the office and maintenance people are the BEST! Joe (maintenance) is super friendly and willing to happily take care of all my requests to make my place comfortable. Ashley and Maria in the office went above and beyond and really helped make my move a smooth one! Love this place, I'll be here for a long time to come!

Zia Townhomes have to be the best looking rentals that I've seen. They're modern, well kept, conveniently located, and reasonably priced. From what I've been told, management fixes anything that breaks down in a timely manner. Forget renting an apartment and rent a Zia Townhome.

George as a landlord was fantastic. Very easy to communicate with and extremely helpful. The townhomes are a great tucked away neighborhood and spacious. Maintenance was difficult sometimes, but nothing that wasn’t manageable with communication. Overall, really great experience living here.
